Membership criteria

Membership Criteria:

  • The applicant must be an alumnus of the school i.e. he/she must have passed a board exam from the school or has studied and completed one full academic year in St. Patrick’s School and is no longer a student of the school at the time of taking membership.

  • The necessary application form must be filled out online or completed offline and scanned and emailed to the Association.

  • Life Membership fee (subject to revision from time to time) must be paid to the Association.

Download Membership Form:

An alumni can either download the Membership Form, fill it and send it to us by Courier along with the under-mentioned documents or alternatively, fill up the Form online and transfer the Membership Fees to the SPAAA Account via RTGS. In case the alumni decides to fill up the physical copy of the form and send it by courier, they shall be required to kindly submit the following documents to SPAAA:

  • Duly filled up Membership Form (Available for Download here)

  • Cheque/Demand Draft or RTGS for Rs. 1,000 (One Thousand) only in favour of St. Patrick’s Asansol Alumni Association.
